Welcome to NeoSkillz! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of NeoSkillz’s website and its educational services. By accessing this website and enrolling in our programs, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Company Information

NeoSkillz is a brand operated under NEOZENO TALENT LLP, a registered entity committed to advancing education, professional upskilling, and IT consulting services.
Under this umbrella, we operate two key verticals:
  • NeoSkillz – focused on delivering industry-relevant education, skill development programs, and practical training for students and professionals.
  • Zeno Talent – a division specializing in IT services and consulting across diverse technology domains.
While both divisions function independently, they share a unified vision of empowering talent through innovative learning and real-world exposure. As part of this collaboration, NeoSkillz works closely with Zeno Talent as an internship partner, offering eligible learners access to real-world IT internship opportunities subject to internal assessments and availability.

2.Course Access and Certification

  • Currently, NeoSkillz provides course materials, assignments, and resources directly via email, Google Drive, or authorized communication platforms such as WhatsApp or Telegram.
  • Login-based access to a Learning Management System (LMS) or platform may be introduced in the future. Learners will be informed in advance about any such changes and provided with necessary credentials if applicable.
  • Certifications (participation, completion, or merit-based) will be awarded based on defined criteria such as attendance, timely assignment submission, project completion, and assessments.
  • All certificates are issued digitally and sent to the learner’s registered email ID or official course group/platform used for communication.
  • NeoSkillz reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification in case of plagiarism, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with course expectations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, NEOZENO TALENT LLP and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all materials provided by NeoSkillz. All rights are reserved. You may access content for personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
You must not:
  • Republish course material
  • Sell, rent, or sublicense course content
  • Reproduce or duplicate material for commercial use
  • Redistribute course content without permission

4. User Conduct and Communication

By interacting with NeoSkillz (via website, email, WhatsApp, or social media), you agree to:
  • Provide accurate personal and academic information during registration
  • Respect the communication guidelines of our support and faculty teams
  • Avoid sharing copyrighted material externally without permission
  • Not engage in spamming, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity on any NeoSkillz platform

5. Internship Opportunities (if applicable)

Learners enrolled in specific programs may be considered for internships with Zeno Talent or its partner companies based on:
  • Performance in training sessions
  • Completion of assignments and projects
  • Internal assessments and availability of positions
NeoSkillz does not guarantee placement or internship offers for all learners.

6. Content Usage and Copyright

All digital assets including videos, assignments, projects, designs, and documents shared as part of our training or website are owned by NeoSkillz and protected by copyright laws.
Users are not allowed to :
  • Share or resell materials to third parties
  • Use course content for commercial training purposes
  • Modify and redistribute content under a different brand

7. External Links and Third-Party Content

  • Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NeoSkillz. We do not take responsibility for content, practices, or policies of any third-party site or service.

8. Limitation of Liability

NeoSkillz and its parent company NEOZENO TALENT LLP shall not be held liable for:
  • Any technical or human errors in course delivery
  • Interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, YouTube, Drive)
  • Loss of data due to user mishandling
  • Unforeseen changes to curriculum or schedule

9. Modifications to Terms

  • NeoSkillz may revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on the website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamilnadu,India.
