Refund Policy
At NeoSkillz, we offer two programs: Internship Program and Intensive Program with
Placement Assistance. Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully before
enrolling.
1. Internship Program
- The course fee is charged at the time of enrollment.
- Refunds are only applicable if all the following conditions are met:
- 1. You successfully complete the internship with our partnered company.
- 2. You are offered a full-time job by the partnered company after the internship.
- The refund is processed as a joining bonus from the partnered company.
- If you are not selected for a full-time job, do not complete the internship, or choose not to participate, no refund will be issued.
2. Intensive Program with Placement Assistance
- The course fee is charged at the time of enrollment.
- A refund may be requested only before the batch starts.
- Refund requests after the batch has started will not be entertained
Deferral Policy
At NeoSkillz, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require students to defer their
enrollment. The following deferral terms apply to the Intensive Program with Placement
Assistance:
1. Before Batch Commencement
- Students may request to defer their enrollment to the next available batch.
- 100% Refund (if they don’t want to continue at all)
- No additional charges will apply for deferral requests made before the batch starts.
2. After Batch Commencement Placement Assistance
- Once the batch has commenced, deferral requests will not be accepted.
- Students wishing to join a later batch will be required to re-enroll with full payment.
3. Process for Deferral Requests
- All deferral requests must be submitted in writing to support@neoskillz.in.
- Approval will be confirmed in writing, along with the details of the next available batch.
Cancellation Requests
- All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support @neoskillz.in.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15–20 business days after approval.
Note
NeoSkillz is committed to offering a learner-focused approach in managing enrollment changes,
ensuring a balance between flexibility for students and the operational requirements needed for
effective program delivery.
